Reporting Units, Tags &
Custom Fields Explained

 

Reporting Units are fields in a list that we can:
  1. Track NPS/RR on
  2. Set users notifications by
  3. Can be used as placeholders in Questions and Email Blasts (Ex. “Would you say you are happy with [Consultant Name]’s performance on this assignment?”,  “We would love to hear your feedback on [Consultant Name]”)

Here are some examples of Reporting Units in the ClearlyRated Dashboard:

Tags are fields in a list that we can:
  1. Track NPS/RR on
  2. Sort questions on (ex. You have two sets of questions for one project and need to tag each set of questions set so it goes to the correct group: ex. Team Leads, Recruiters)
  3. Can be used as placeholders in Questions and Email Blasts (Ex. “Would you say you are happy with [Consultant Name]’s performance on this assignment?”,  “We would love to hear your feedback on [Consultant Name]”)

Here are some examples of Tags in the ClearlyRated Dashboard:

Custom Fields are:
  1. Data you might want to use in the future as a tag (i.e. a Client I.D., Job Title, etc.) but that is not visible in the dashboard
  2. Data that can be used as a placeholder in an email blast and Questions (Ex. “We would love to hear your feedback on [Facility Name]”)
