The service has been really good, the surveys are very easy to set up and monitor, and the allotted time for the survey works well. Understandably, the price on the survey gets increased every year. It's becoming a pricey investment, which for now, is still worth it. If it continues at the same rate though, our company and I'm sure others will have to re-evaluate the return and possibly look at other options."
