How to Add a New Contact

 

Adding New Survey Contacts 

  1. Log in to your dashboard and select ‘Contacts’
  2. Select ‘Search’
  3. Select the Survey you want to be adding the new contact to under the dropdown
  4. Click the orange button "Add Contact"
  5. Fill in all of the required information
  6. If you want the survey invitation to be immediately sent, keep the check box selected underneath the email address
  7. When all the required information is inputted, click "Add" at the bottom of the page.

*Pro Tip: Do a quick search to make sure the contact doesn't already exist.
