We launched the Best of Staffing® program in 2009 with the ambitions of helping staffing and recruiting firms who take great care with client and talent service get credit for that effort, and to stand out from their competitors. The Best of Staffing program took off in a way that we never anticipated, and now, more than ten years after its inception, we have the opportunity to recognize firms that have been leading our industry in client and talent experience, year-over-year, for more than a decade. These firms are truly exceptional in their commitment to the organizations and job seekers they serve, and we are honored to be able to present them with the newest designation in the Best of Staffing award program: the 10-year Diamond Award.  

10-Year Diamond Award is the Crowning Achievement for Best of Staffing Firms

Within the Best of Staffing program, the Diamond Award designation is reserved for those firms who have earned Best of Staffing for a number of consecutive years. These consecutive wins deserve explicit and special recognition, not only because it is a much greater challenge to earn high satisfaction ratings year-over-year, but because there is a significant degree of investment and time that goes into securing those year-over-year ratings compared to a single, one-off award win. 

We first introduced the 5-year Diamond Award in 2014 to recognize firms who have won one of the Best of Staffing awards for 5 consecutive years. And now, as some of our 5-year Diamond Award winners round the corner on another 5 years in a row of world-class service ratings, we are thrilled to introduce and celebrate 10-year Diamond Award winners!

To achieve the 10-Year Diamond Award, a firm must demonstrate a level of commitment and achievement that stands a world apart from any other. It’s the best of the best, the elite of the elite, who earn this designation. Typically fewer than 2% of all staffing companies in the US and Canada achieve Best of Staffing. And of those who achieve the Best of Staffing award, we expect that fewer than 16% will earn the 10-Year Diamond Award next month.
