"KP Staffing has been a great partner for our operation. We understand that staffing can be challenging, and not every placement is going to be a perfect fit. What sets KP apart is how they respond when issues arise. If a temporary associate doesn't show up or doesn't work out, they don't make excuses or shift blame. They acknowledge the situation, communicate honestly, and immediately focus on finding a solution. Their team is responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to supporting our needs. I appreciate that they approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and without ego. They do their best with the resources available and consistently work to provide quality service. That accountability and partnership mindset is why we continue to value our relationship with KP Staffing."
