Service Standards. Michelle Zabonik is my primary contact person who just excels in provider the highest service standards for any of my concerns. Timely responses, appropriately asks clarification to ensure her understanding of what is being asked, always professional and respectful and none judgmental to my concerns. She is truly an asset to Cornerstone and it's clients and is worth mentioning on this survey. Cornerstone, it's staff as a whole has consistently met my expectations.
