I really like that Godshall does not work our requisitions any less if we engage multiple recruiting firms. While I would like to offer exclusivity to one firm, our leadership would prefer that I incorporate multiple recruiters so that we are sourcing a multitude of qualified candidates. Usually, I offer exclusivity for a couple of weeks, then after that, I will engage another firm to help with the search.
