In an incredibly challenging labor market Essential continues to strive to provide candidates and set realistic expectations on both sides of the relationship. We've had a few minor hiccups due to staff turnover and the new billing system, but every issue has been resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate all that the team has done throughout the years to make our relationship mutually beneficial.

Our situation is different whereas we needed temp help on a very random basis over the span of a couple months. Stacie did a great job with responding to our needs in a timely manner and did everything she could to provide us with the help we requested. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find people who want to work in our current economic state, so Essential Personnel wasn't always able to provide the number of people we were in need of. I do not feel that is Stacie's or Essential Personnel's fault and am very happy with how well they attempted to fulfill our needs. Plus, we weren't always able to give adequate notice for help, and I want to thank Stacie for her hard work with having to search for temp labor with sometimes very little warning.
