Our site manager, Jose Alejandro, has developed an exceptional relationship between Hyatt and HOH. He is consistently accessible and offers solutions for the hotel whenever necessary. Following Covid, we began utilizing HOH in departments we had not used previously years. Jose Alejandro was able to quickly and efficiently accommodate all of our needs and locate employees with all requested qualifications. I greatly admire his willingness to assist and support his team and our propriety. The hotel is incredibly grateful to have him as the face of HOH. Jose Alejandro quickly learned the entire hotel operation, allowing him to efficiently train HOH employees and provide the hotel with impressive results. Hyatt employees and managers trust and value his hard work.
