Overall great improvement from the previous year. I answered "no" to the culture question due to the fact that a lot of the time the ladies or gentlemen that are hired are not familiarized with our values and expectations. I would like to see more of an alignment with new hires during the onboarding process i.e 3 steps of service, anticipation of needs.
