Mark Lucas is who I work with in California. what I enjoy most is that I feel like I can trust that the candidates given to me being of quality caliber. I feel that among competitors, Alliance has a clear advantage on candidate quality. Secondly, Mark is very specific about traits of our candidates. he only promotes individuals that he thinks fits our needs. this is huge for me. I will never pass over his emails because I know he is not wasting my time. Lastly, one of the best things about Mark is he is always available. Sometimes I will email him or text him in the evening and he always responds with a positive attitude. He is my favorite recruiter and I trust him to help me when we are in need of good quality candidates
