Using the help search for a specific topic or tutorial can be challenging at times. Some of the tutorials could go into greater detail to show the options available. The staff have all been a tremendous help, and I love how responsive they are. Even though there are things that could be better, it's clear Paychex has gone to a great deal of effort to offer a premier service.

We kindly request to have an experienced and consistent Payroll Specialist assigned to us, as opposed to constantly switching to new individuals. Someone who is not only capable of resolving ongoing issues promptly but also willing to work closely with us to prevent any future complications. Additionally, we need to be informed of any upcoming tax requirements or changes to ensure compliance and avoid any penalties.

Staff is very helpful and never minds assisting with even the simplest issue.
