Simple process to getting payroll done. I don't have time to push taxes.

Paychex customer service and support has been great, amazing, wonderful; your website and my online account are easy to use and answer most of my questions. The number of spam-type emails could be cut down, and I had only one incident when my question/inquiry was not addressed to my satisfaction (but it was eventually taken care of).

We have had a tax issue with Paychex that is not getting resolved. I am unhappy with the communication from our rep and have asked for a different one. No one has gotten back to me about this and we still do not have a definite answer regarding the tax refund. When I signed up for Paychex ( a year ago)I was told they would report and pay everything. I found out months later that they have not been paying our state (NM) tax because I did not submit the tax form needed. No one mentioned this tax form until recently, so now I have to pay all delinquent taxes. Not happy about that.

the only trouble I had was registering for TAP in my state ( Massachusetts) It took me a long time and it was stressful, Everything else is fine

I have been using Paychex for about 7 years now. My rep Mark Nguyen always makes me feel like I’m his only client. I never feel rushed and he listens intently and provides lists don’t service.

I only use your system for payroll and it is a good resource for me and the value is acceptable for the size Company I operate.
