Monique Jones has been very helpful to me. She knows what she is talking about and knows the system to walk me through the process. When I cannot get to Monique the people answering the phones are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is very good overall. My only complaint is sometimes it takes a while to get a hold of anyone.

very happy with Paychex

Another business I know said that Paychex is great as long as you don't have to talk to a person. I don't know if I totally agree with that statement but I do always have better luck with the random person I get on a support call than any of the "dedicated" support reps we have had over the last 3-4 years. I often click "speak to someone else" when the phone system says "we are transferring you to your specialist." On a positive note, the system is easy to navigate, the product is absolutely thorough, and I love that everything is taken care of as I am a bookkeeper but not a payroll specialist.

My accountant was 2 hours away from my home and last year she wasn't doing payroll anymore, so I joined you. Now, she has quit her business and I found an account near my home that will also do my payroll.

Customer support is top notch. Always use the general number as getting hold of 'specialist' assigned to the account takes too long(I am sure they are busy helping other clients. ) and in the early days I got burned by depending on a 'specialist' . Today, very happing with the 'general' customer support.

It's easy to get answers when I call in because your staff is knowledgeable and courteous and efficient. But it's not easy to get answers myself using the website. For some reason, online help never seems to work for me.

Just keep up the good work.

Help on funding articles is a little cumbersome. I find only it when I use the correct verbiage. Features need to be known that they are an add-on and not available to all.
