There is no single best thing - there are many! One is undoubtedly our amazing people and our fantastic clients. It is an honor and a privilege to be in an environment that is, for the most part, actually succeeding in creating a workplace you want to be in which fuels the innate desire to work hard for and with your team and your clients. The culture of our firm helps us generate meaningful and impactful relationships with our coworkers firm wide not just in our set team/s. Also, having the flexibility to meet personal life demands, to achieve better balance in life and work remotely when needed. By electing to come in partial days or full days my family has noticed such an incredible positive impact on balance, my health and general wellbeing.

Flexibility of scheduling for work life balance.

After a year as an intern and since coming on full time, I have felt the support and mentorship Aldrich has provided me and I'm really grateful to be surrounded by such professionals in the early stages of my career. Everyone here has the desire for one another to succeed as it is a highly team-oriented environment. The culture here is special as it feels like one big family. My high remarks reflect my passion and enjoyment for working at Aldrich and the wonderful mentors and peers I'm grateful to work alongside each day.

I have enjoyed my 2 years at Aldrich. I have been treated fairly and been provided the proper tools required to continue improving my skill sets and advancing in my career. The people I work with at Aldrich are some of the best coworkers I could ask for. People are positive, inclusive and truly have an interest in the well-being of each other. I have made some life long friends at Aldrich and am thankful for the time I've been given at Aldrich.

I do not feel that there are career opportunities provided to the position I am in. At least none that I am aware of.
