The personal relationship with the team.... especially Julie Ortiz

I have worked with Tom Dyer primarily for the last 11 years as he has overseen the tax returns for the trusts of my late sister, Rita Thomas. There is much to coordinate. He answers all my questions. When there are problems, he investigates and gets back to me. Over the last few years, he has also done the tax returns of my niece, Jamie. These returns are tied into the trust accounts. He answers her questions also. I have appreciated greatly his patience and his willingness to explain things until I understand.
