There are so many things that Insight does well. However, I would say that my ability to reach out to and receive response from the highest levels of Insight's leadership to address issues, handle escalations, and receive the support needed. I also have to say that appreciate Insight's ability to 'follow the rules'. This is not the case with many of the other Supplier Partners I work with in my program. It may seem like a small and obvious thing, but I do appreciate the lack of escalations I have when it comes to working with Insight.
