"When I first started working with GDH in 2022, I did not receive candidates who fit our needs, and we were never able to hire from GDH. This improved over the next few years and we started receiving better candidates. Now, working with Alicia Grotyohann we are receiving great candidates and GDH has filled my latest two open positions. On the past two candidates, working with GDH has drastically reduced my time to fill a position. Historically, I would have to receive 30 candidates, have 15 first interviews, and 3-5 second interviews and hoped I would find a good fit. GDH provided great candidates for the past two openings and I did not need to review as many resumes or hold as many interviews. A thank you to GDH."
