Hiring is so much easier now. You know the drill. Post a job listing, get bombarded with emails and phone calls, sift through resumes, set up interviews (a third of which stand you up). Carlton is better at finding qualified candidates than I could ever attract on the job posting web sites.

Even when the candidate pool is tight, Carlton always takes the time to communicate updates on the job search and will send candidates over for our review. It is nice having a personal relationship with the recruiting team and knowing who I can call if I have a question or need to start a new search versus getting a new representative each time I call who isn't up to date on our candidate search.
