Beacon Hill understands our culture and ensures that the candidate would be a good fit with the culture and the role. They have the ability to find the right candidates for the toughest roles. I also appreciate that they do not fill roles by sending lots of candidates. They may only send 1 or 2 candidates, but almost every time I have engaged Beacon Hill the candidate I hired came from them and all of them are still with the company (up to 8 years later).
