She is not the type of recruiter who is "Salesy" nor does she bombard with calls and emails for every little thing. Being in a fast-paced environment it's not easy to provide quick feedback for every candidate. When I do provide feedback, she is understanding. I get the feeling she is truly here to help and brings patience to her service which is highly appreciated. I can also say is she is persistent, we previously had a Sr. Accountant role open for some time which we filled using another source. This could have been discouraging to most recruiters.
