We have had very good luck using Nesco resources, in the past we have used several other companies in the local area with little to no luck. Our industry is a very niche industry, finding personnel with qualifications tends to very hard. I worked directly with Heather Huff who was focused, timely and provided 3 separate qualified candidates. The first two didn't work out but for reasons at our company; the third is a "keeper"! Heather was responsive, not negative in any way. I'm not sure who at Nesco provides candidates to our production foreman, Shaun Kempke, where 95% of our needs exist. We are seeing the same issues with Nesco candidates that exist with other agencies we use: no-shows for interviews and candidates with "imperfect" backgrounds. We attribute that to the reality of the labor market we are sourcing. Nesco gets high marks...hopefully we will get some "winners" in the near term.
