The ONLY reason I said no to two of the above questions is because there are not always candidates readily available. We typically have a couple of openings at all times and I know it's on your board, but we only occasionally receive candidates for review. The positive side of this is when you send me a candidate, I'm typically very impressed with them as you don't just send us anyone.
