I can do these projects from home and ever on holidays when the company is closed; especially b/c I have more time on the weekends to get the projects done and holidays when I am off from my full-time job.

The fact that my day is never the same. There is always a challenge to be met, candidates to be placed and clients that need a plan.

Working for a CEO that is firm and down to earth and that allows her employees to grow by delegating responsibility to them and allowing them to grow from their mistakes.

The positivity and team work.

It's like running your own business. I get to choose what I want to work on and who I want to work with, but I have a larger corporation with relationships and institutional knowledge to help me. It also handles IT and legal (fee agreements).

What I like the most is the actual job of e-discovery recruiting. I like the fast paced placement of attorney for project based staffing. I enjoy independently working on a new job that comes in, sourcing and staffing from A-Z and successfully filling projects. What I like best is that I take pride in my work and enjoy the work that I do and am experienced in it.

The emotional maturity level of the people here rules out the drama that wastes employee time in other places.
