I appreciate the Procom intake call, which helps the Procom team zero in on better matching candidates. We may receive fewer candidates than some other firms, but those candidates are on target. Many firms seem to send in so many bad matches, as if they just throw candidates up to see if they stick. That is not helpful. One solid candidate that turns into an excellent hire, provides such more value.
