They are very flexible when I have an emergency on my end, or I failed to give them proper timing to line up workers for me. They have learned and remembered what I like and don't like and the scope of my work which I appreciate.

I have found, with staffing agencies, that if the office is not organized and run professionally, then you can expect that the workers they send will not be driven and often show up resentful of the way they have been treated by the office. WF has an excellent staff and that is reflected in the workers who show up.
