The staff have been wonderful to work with and very communicative. I needed some serious help after the resignations of a couple of staff all around the same time frame and Beacon Hill came through so quickly!

The recruiters at Beacon Hill are routinely professional and honest in their approach, and they know the intricacies of various practice areas. This includes being open to having candidate conversations about searches, candidates, and the process. Not every recruiting house understands how important that type of relationship is, but it makes a huge difference. On a similar note, Beacon Hill has taken the time to know who my firm is as an entity including what types of candidates are the best fit and why. When they want me to stretch on a candidate, I have faith that they're asking for solid reasons and am therefore willing to push my hiring team a bit.
