"Quick responses and excellent customer service"

"What we appreciate most about Malone Workforce Solutions is the outstanding support from the Lexington branch. Tim, Kevin, and Kathryn are always a pleasure to work with—helpful, responsive, and ready to meet our staffing needs, even on short notice. They consistently communicate important information to temporary staff, helping keep everyone informed and prepared. We truly value their partnership!"

"Great work ethics"

"When I have goals that need to be met, they are most likely met within the time frame given. The staffing team are very professional and friendly. We work very well as a team. We have become like family over the time working together."

"The prompt attention to our needs as a company."

"Follow-up from the team to resolve issues."

"Jessica has been great to work with over the last year and a half. She has taken time to meet with me, so she has a better understanding of what we are looking for."

"Courteous team that is easy to work with and understands my hiring needs."

"The team is friendly and easy to work with. I also LOVE that Malone is one of the few staffing companies that doesn't bombard me with calls/emails. Far too often, staffing agencies are over communicating, but you don't, and I LOVE that about you!"

"Chris Miller and his team are more partners than vendors. I answered the above question in 6 months, but am in frequent contact with Chris about any potential staffing needs. If there is an issue it is taken care of immediately."
