I have found it hard to get a response from representatives at other staffing agencies. The companies I have managed to get ahold of do not follow up with qualified, or unqualified, candidates. Resource MFG is always very responsive to our staffing needs. They send candidates for review but only if they meet the requirements outlined in our job description. We have been extremely happy with the support we've received from Resource MFG. We have ended up hiring Resource MFG employees once they complete the hours required by our agreement with Resource MFG.

The amount of effort he puts into his job fulfilling our sites needs and taking care of his employees is amazing! Joe shows up on site EVERY week to meet his employees face to face, shake hands, answer questions, deliver boots and pay cards..etc. He will literally do whatever it takes to assist where needed.
