I am internal Talent Acquisition, so it is rare that I use outside vendors to assist with filling positions. That being said, when I do, I only choose to work with the folks at Tential. My responsibilities also includes managing Agency usage throughout the entire IT Organization, and I only recommend Tential to my hiring managers when there are contract needs outside my direct-hire req load. Dan Donohue and Nick Tanis are fantastic reps of the organization. They're communicative, tentative and provide only quality candidates in their searches. Their level of professionalism and expertise in the area of technical recruitment is always extremely apparent in every engagement. I don't think twice when introducing them to new leaders in our company.
