Collabera enables young professionals to reach for the stars. I started my career in sales unsure of what the future held. Fast forward to 3 years into my sales career and I am making six figures and building a huge client base here in Houston.

I feel supported, am provided feedback in real time on how I can improve, and I am very excited about what the future holds for me and my team at Collabera.

I like how my position is pretty flexible about working from home and such. Managers and colleagues are very friendly. Managers have your back on difficult situations when they arise. So I feel very secure in this company :)

My office

I love the opportunity that is ahead of us. We have great leadership in place to guide and support us through an ever-changing market. That combined with the incredible people that sell for us and support us, we are on the way to do great big things.

I appreciate the effort the CEO is putting in to ensure everyone is happy, rolling out training, visiting offices, and creating documentation to outline growth opportunities (this hasn't been shared or walked through with us individually by our managers)
