The personalized attention shown by Kam and the other Express staff are a bid reason we keep coming back. Kam himself stopped into our store two or three times this season just to check on how things were going and if we needed anything. He also assigned a couple of his best temps to act as sort of "leads" for the team. He would communicate directly with those leads on any absences, performance issues, etc. And he paid those couple of "leads" a bit more for their help, without charging it through to us. Good partnership. I think he and Express really care about our success.
