Alaina Bareiro is a great recruiter who is easy to work with and provides excellent candidates. She is not the type of recruiter who is "Salesy" nor does she bombard with calls and emails for every little thing. Being in a fast-paced environment it's not easy to provide quick feedback for every candidate. When I do provide feedback, she is understanding. I get the feeling she is truly here to help and brings patience to her service which is highly appreciated. I can also say is she is persistent, we previously had a Sr. Accountant role open for some time which we filled using another source. This could have been discouraging to most recruiters. When the same role became open months later, she took another stab at it and was able to fill the role very quickly.
