On the 3rd and 5th questions about submitting multiple candidates and providing candidates with the expected time frame, there needs to be another response besides Yes and No. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. It's about equal between Yes and No. We were with Accolo and were about to leave when Orion Novotus bought them. Thru the awesome hard work by Taylor Bradley and the help of Jessica Reynolds, ROA, the account was improved greatly.
