The system needs to recognize even when max contributions have been met for 401k that if the individual is eligible for catchup, it will automatically continue to withhold 401k percentage for catchup contributions.

My state unemployment insurance withholding and filing caused me to have to file the reports myself. This was unexpected and time consuming. Also I was fined and had to pay interest on extremely late payments that I had to pay. I have been reimbursed for those penalties
