I am sorry I feel I must tell you that this past year has been the worse year for me having trouble filing my weekly payroll on flex pay and lately getting my paychecks delivered on time. I have been a loyal customer of paychecks from the day I open my business over 20 years ago. Everything was good until 2019 when It seemed I started getting a new person to work with more often then it continued to happen more often every 4 or 5 months now this past year I've been assigned a new agent every month or less. I've had 3 this past month. I call they don't return my call and finally when I do finally sometimes 2 or 3 days someone takes my call and states they are my new agent. I'm still having problems every once in a while with Flex Pay and I need help when I do or my payroll get put on hold and will stay in hold until I find someone to get it released and in the mean time my employees don't get paid and they now are thinking I'm having money problems and are looking for other jobs I'm told. My payroll has been late as much as 5 days and once I had to pay them with my company check. I couldn't get no one to answer my call after setting on hold for 20 minute and finally hanging up. I can't keep going likes this and will be forced to find someone else to do my payroll if I can't get someone to help me when I need them.

I wish that Paychex was able to file for state tax ID numbers on behalf of the employer, as a service provided to the end user.

We use paychex for payroll. The HR, and w/c, and 401k and other services you offer we do not use and don't intend to. I'm sure you do a great job there, but we already have systems in place to handle those. It is frustrating for us and for your employees I'm sure to call and offer these services to us.

I like the reports being online and easy to get.

I always have to call my person - HE IS AWESOME... always positive, friendly and gets the answers taken care of !!!

I appreciate the prompt response when I have questions. It's taken me a while to get used to the quirks of the dashboard, but I think I finally have it.
