Your business model of just changing our client rep. without notice remains flawed. I don't understand why you do it. If something works fine, why change it.

I don't like constantly being sold to. We are happy with our other providers and also love the payroll features of Paychex. But your sales team is constant and relentless and it can be frustrating. I would recommend Paychex but warn against the rest, for that reason.

I have had long wait periods, in the past, when my payroll specialist was not available when calling with questions regarding payroll. When I do call I am in the process of submitting my payroll so I need a response immediately.
