Although our reps seem to change quite frequently, for the most part we are able to get any issues resolved.

I don't love all of the marketing emails, but other than that I am very happy!

I'm finding it difficult to get responses when I have a question. I have sent information over for insurance coverage for two of my new hires. I have sent it three times, have followed up with emails of which I only get an automated response that a case has been started for me. In the meantime, we have had to pay for medical care for these employees since they now have no coverage

There are a lot of people moving around @ Paychex.

When emailing a team or group email, sometimes you get no response or a delayed response. Also, the hold times have been longer than in the past when trying to reach another representative when our dedicated rep in unavailable.

I appreciate what they do.
