I like my account specialist Tatiana. I wish paychex would let us know what our invoice is before pulling it out of the account. I keep just enough money in our payroll account for payroll and what I think I invoice may be, but I forget when end of year and w2's and other fee's are charged. I guess better communication.

Having issues seeing my invoices as an administrator. Only showing me the employee portal??

I still enjoy having a real person assigned to me.

The first part of this year was very aggravating as my then representative was rarely available and long wait times on phone calls. We have a new representative now and everything is much much better.

Everyone is helpful and curtious.

My organization only uses Paychex for the Payroll function. Our representative, Karen Curry, is wonderful! She is responsive to any questions and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot imagine having a better representative!
