I am a carry-over client from Advantage Payroll, I was able to maintain my CSR and the excellent service which I was accustom.

There were some huge glitches when I fist transferred from Advantage to Paychex. Now that I am working with a new payroll specialist, Jordyn I am very pleased.

Hard to cancel my ira back and forth phone calls have not resolved the issue. My specialist headset won’t work which I’ve tried calling 10 times in the last two weeks.

I was impressed with my new Payroll Service Representative, Diego Correa. Surprisingly, my payroll went very smooth.
