Shallesia Turner has been extremely helpful anytime I have a question. She has helped me several times in 2023 to resolve mistakes that I had made during the payroll process. She is very responsive and always checks back to ensure that I have everything that I need.

I don't feel like a feel like a valued customer bc I am used to feeling this way when a company sends me a gift and I usually know them on a personal level. Not that I don't know Ruthie, she is so sweet. I am just saying I don't have that type of a relationship with someone I don't see on a regular basis. I do have the ability to call Ruthie if I need questions answered.

I would like to recognize Tameka A Quinante for her exceptional customer service and response time when I needed help with some reports earlier this year. My company is very small and I spend very little time in my office which can make communication difficult at times, so Tameka, thank you for everything you do week in and week out.

Entry is too much programmer designed and not enough accountant based. Entry logic is not user friendly. Adding one check adjustments (vacation/advance repayment) is very awkward. Direct deposit entry should be on a screen accessible during initial employee add not where you have to think about it. Check entry for multiple payrates is THE worst I have ever used.

Paychex changes person in charge of my account sometimes, they don't manage the payment on timely manner.
