My Paychex client service person does a wonderful job of taking care of my company.

I loved Paychex in the past, that’s when we had a great payroll assistant that knew your program. I would call for help and he would instantly be able to help. For the past two years our payroll assistant wouldn’t respond to phone calls or emails I’d have to call the customer service department to get the help…it made my life difficult. We’ve got a new payroll assistant that seems to be much better so hopefully it’ll be better. I do love the function of being able to use cell phone for doing payroll away from a laptop. I love most of the reports. My last complaint is how we’re charged. There’s no explanation of why it’s not consistent. We have the same amount of people being paid the same amount of money and every payday. It’s a different amount, that makes it very hard to budget. We are also not notified when the rates change. A friendly email letting us know that the price is changing. Thank you for listening and I hope you’ll take this and improve. I’ve been doing payroll for 40 years with different companies…
