ClearlyRated helps B2B firms credibly differentiate themselves based on their service by blending a short, client satisfaction survey with an online profile highlighting star ratings and testimonials earned by the firm. The Content Strategist plays a critical role in the marketing and communications function at ClearlyRated. Serving stakeholders in the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Services teams, the Content Strategist will craft a compelling brand voice and build meaningful, data-informed stories to support the growth goals of the organization. This multi-disciplinary position integrates strategic thinking with copywriting skills and content production chops to feed the ClearlyRated content production and lead generation engine. If you’re someone who loves to write, has experience working with data to build memorable stories, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to the revenue engine in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, this role might be for you.
Skills and Requirements
The key to success in this position is the ability to generate a variety of content; from webcopy, to blog posts, to slide decks, to social media ads and beyond. We expect (and encourage) you to have an opinion about what makes a piece of content good versus great, how to best utilize our suite of proprietary research to center our content around compelling stories, and how the ClearlyRated brand can and should be voiced in the industries that we serve. You’ll rely upon your past experience with content generation and management to oversee our Marketing team’s content portfolio, working with internal stakeholders, marketing partners, and our team of freelance designers and developers to keep the ClearlyRated brand alive and well.
