Managing your ClearlyRated subscription has become that much simpler! You can easily view your current subscription or any previous subscriptions directly in your dashboard!
Your ClearlyRated Survey Program is a 12 month subscription that includes the following:
In June of 2021, your subscription was updated to automatically renew the same exact program that you’re currently subscribed to.
Have no fear, you can opt out if you are putting a hold on your survey program (click the tab "How do I cancel" for information on how to opt out). All accessible from the dashboard, you can make changes to your survey program, which is new (what isn’t new, is the ability to opt out.).
Log into the dashboard and click “Billing” in the upper right portion of your screen.
A window will open up with your subscription information. Time to click around! Here is where you can see what scheduled pricing changes are coming up:

In June of 2021, the pricing metric for all subscriptions was updated to the number of internal employees.

When reviewing your subscription, to find how many internal employees we have on record, first log into the dashboard and click “Billing” in the upper right portion of your screen.
As your subscription opens up, you can find how many internal employees we have on record. In the below example, there are 20 internal employees:
Upon clicking within that section, you can get a further breakdown of the pricing:
A window will open up with your subscription information. Click on your current subscription and you'll see the option "Cancel Subscription":
When managing your subscription you'll see the following options underneath your current subscription:
By clicking within Payment Methods you'll have the ability to add a credit card or update the card that is currently on file.
