To set up your Amplify Testimonials, simply log in to your ClearlyRated Dashboard and click the Setup tab at the top right. Yes - all audiences have to be set up individually. Changes made to one audience will not affect the others.
The Amplify Threshold is the minimum Net Promoter® Score required for your survey takers to be shown the Testimonials, Shout Outs, and Referrals pages after they complete their survey. Our default is a minimum score of 9, in order to capture as many Promoters as possible, but you can change this if you'd like on the main Survey Settings page.
The Service Insights Question was formerly called the Comment Question in our system. It is the default question for collecting Testimonials from your respondents, and also by default is asked directly after the Net Promoter® Score question on our surveys.
