Harness your service excellence
The benefits of having public reviews of your business (the good and the bad) are well-document. Increasing your number of reviews across third-party sites such as Google and Indeed leads to: better business intelligence, higher search engine visibility, enhanced trust in your brand for potential customers, and the ability to repair a unexpected negative experience by responding to that feedback, among others. We have a whole blog about this topic that you can read here.
Amplify Pro Reviews allows you to ask your survey takers to leave a review of your business on third-party review sites so that you can reap the benefits.
To access and customize your Amplify Pro Reviews, simply log in to your ClearlyRated Dashboard and click the Setup tab at the top right. For more information about how to set up your Amplify Pro Reviews, please watch the tutorial video below and read our FAQ's!
