We’re not just talking about your traditional ‘refer a friend’ feature, either. While we've got that, we like to think creatively about referrals as well. That's why Amplify Pro Referrals allows you to customize what we call 'soft referrals', to amplify and draw attention to events, webinars, research papers, and more! If there's something you'd like to promote, Amplify Pro Referrals can help spread the word.
To access and customize your Amplify Pro Referrals, simply log in to your ClearlyRated Dashboard and click the Setup tab at the top right. For more information, including setup instructions, please see the videos and FAQ's below!

Yes - all audiences have to be set up individually. Changes made to one audience will not affect the others.
The Amplify Threshold is the minimum Net Promoter® Score required for your survey takers to be shown the Testimonials, Shout Outs, and Referrals pages after they complete their survey. Our default is a minimum score of 9, in order to capture as many Promoters as possible, but you can change this if you'd like on the main Survey Settings page.
Yes! You can configure specific referral links for each location or brand you have set up in our system.
UTM variables are bits of text added to the end of a URL that help track where your web traffic is coming from.
By leaving the UTM variable box on the Referral Setup Page checked, you can use Google Analytics to track how many referrals are coming from your ClearlyRated survey program.
Not yet! But it's on our roadmap. Until we have it integrated into the Dashboard, you can use Google Analytics to measure this data.
